Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026
Last updated: October 28, 2026

InView respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain personal information when you visit useinview.com, obtain an Executive Visibility Score, purchase a report or service, participate in our referral program, or communicate with us.

Business contact: InView, LLC, 382 NE 191 St NBR 64984, Miami, Florida 33179, United States (mailing address); legal@useinview.com. InView is responsible for processing personal information for its own website, marketing, sales, and direct-to-client services. In some organization-sponsored engagements we may instead act as a service provider or processor on behalf of the organization, as specified in a separate agreement.

1. Scope

This Policy covers website visitors, individual clients, executives whose public visibility is assessed, organizational contacts, referral partners and referred prospects. It does not override a signed client data-processing agreement. Our services are designed for adults and professional organizations, not children under 18.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: Name, job title, organization, email address, professional biography, LinkedIn URL, website, service preferences, inquiry and referral details, surveys, interview materials, video or audio recordings where provided, drafts, content, account-access arrangements, and correspondence.

Public professional information: Public search results, company biographies, LinkedIn and other professional profiles, published articles, interviews, speaking appearances, media references, and responses surfaced by AI/search systems. Public information can still be personal information.

Assessment and service outputs: Visibility Scores, search and AI-discovery observations, comparative assessments, recommendations, reports, positioning materials, drafts and performance information. Such assessments are our professional estimates based on information available at a particular time, not official third-party ratings.

Payment and business records: Purchased service, amount, billing identity, transaction status, invoice details and identifiers received from payment processors. Card details are generally collected directly by Stripe, not sent to us by ordinary email.

Technical and usage information: IP address, approximate geographic region, browser and device data, referring pages, visit and event information, consent choices and security logs, as permitted by applicable law and your cookie settings.

Referral information: Referrer and prospect names, contact details, professional context, consent confirmation, referral timestamps, attribution and reward status. A referral is not consent to marketing.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, generate assessments, deliver purchased services, research and prepare authentic executive content, obtain approvals, handle payments and refunds, administer referrals, provide customer support, maintain security, improve products, meet recordkeeping obligations and defend legal claims.

Where a law requires a lawful basis, we rely as appropriate on performance of a contract (delivery and billing), legitimate interests (ordinary B2B inquiries, appropriately limited professional research, security and service improvement), consent (nonessential analytics and marketing where required, and certain optional recordings or AI disclosures), or legal obligations (tax and regulatory records). We consider the rights and expectations of the individual when assessing legitimate interests. Individuals may object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable.

We do not use referred prospects' details for unrelated mass marketing. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data for visibility scoring unless it is necessary, lawful and expressly agreed.

4. Artificial intelligence and human review

We may use AI-assisted tools, including Claude and other disclosed providers, to help with research, analysis, summarization, scoring support and preparation of drafts. Editorial strategy and publication decisions are subject to human review. AI-generated material may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Confidential or unpublished client materials are shared with external AI providers only where authorized and subject to appropriate safeguards and the applicable provider configuration. We limit disclosure to what is needed for the assignment and do not authorize general-purpose training on confidential client materials without the client's specific permission. We do not intend to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

5. Cookies, analytics and consent

We use Cookiebot for cookie preferences and may use Google Analytics and Amplitude to measure website and product activity. Essential technologies support site operation, security and remembering consent choices; optional statistics and other nonessential technologies are subject to consent where legally required.

Our intended configuration is to prevent nonessential tracking scripts from running before the necessary consent is obtained. Cookiebot's automatic blocking is one part of that implementation; script loading, tag managers and server-side events require separate configuration and testing. You can change or withdraw preferences through the Cookie Settings link on our website. Our cookie declaration or consent panel provides current categories, providers and durations.

We do not claim that merely declining browser cookies prevents every form of technical server log needed to deliver or secure the website.

6. Service providers and recipients

Depending on the service used, we may share limited information with the following providers:

We may also share necessary information with authorized independent writers, editors, strategists, accountants, lawyers and other professional contractors bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. Some providers act as independent controllers under their own policies. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction with appropriate protections.

We do not sell prospect lists or client information for money. Whether particular analytics activities count as a regulated “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under a specific law depends on their actual configuration; we will provide applicable opt-out rights if required.

7. International processing

We serve an international audience and may use staff or providers in different countries. Where relevant data-protection law restricts international transfers, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate contractual or technical safeguards. To request information about applicable arrangements, contact legal@useinview.com.

8. Data security

We use reasonable organizational and technical precautions, including restricted access, authentication controls, appropriate service providers and confidentiality requirements. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not email account passwords or sensitive payment information. We assess and notify about qualifying incidents as required by applicable law.

9. Retention and deletion

Our standard retention periods are listed below. They apply to information we control and may be shortened in response to a valid request or extended by legal obligations, an active dispute, or a documented preservation hold. Backup copies may expire on a different secure deletion cycle.

We review deletion eligibility periodically and delete or de-identify records no longer required. Some providers retain data under separate schedules; where we control their settings, we seek to align them with this schedule.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing; or appeal a privacy decision. You may also complain to your applicable supervisory authority. We verify requests where reasonably necessary and respond within required legal deadlines. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction.

Send requests to legal@useinview.com. For marketing messages, you may also use the unsubscribe mechanism in the message. Service notices such as billing and delivery emails may continue where necessary.

11. Client publicity, testimonials and referrals

We will seek appropriate permission before publishing identifiable client endorsements, client names or confidential work as case studies. Claims must be authentic; where an endorsement involves payment or another material connection, required disclosures must be made. Referral partners must have the prospective client's consent to share their details. We use referral data for introduction, qualification, attribution, payment and dispute administration—not as automatic permission for promotional emails.

12. External links and children's privacy

External services have their own privacy practices. InView's services are aimed at adults and businesses; we do not knowingly solicit information from children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child's information was submitted.

13. Policy changes

We may update this Policy when our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version at https://useinview.com/privacy, update the date and give additional notice where legally required. Material changes will not retroactively defeat mandatory privacy rights.
