These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to use of useinview.com and to services supplied by InView, LLC (“InView,” “we,” or “us”), at 382 NE 191 St NBR 64984, Miami, Florida 33179, United States (mailing address), legal@useinview.com. “Client” means a person or organization purchasing or requesting a service; “Referrer” means a participant in our referral program.
1. Acceptance and scope
You accept the applicable Terms when you affirmatively agree at checkout, sign or accept an order or statement of work (“SOW”) incorporating them, or otherwise expressly agree to a covered service. Simply browsing does not create a paid engagement. Anyone purchasing on behalf of an organization represents that they have authority to do so. Our offers are intended for adults; service availability may be limited by applicable law.
For conflicts between documents, a signed master agreement controls, then a signed SOW on its specific subject matter, then these Terms, then general website descriptions, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise. Organization-sponsored engagements may require a separate SOW and data-processing agreement.
2. Services and scope
InView offers a free Executive Visibility Score; a paid Visibility Report (currently $49); a personalized Executive Visibility Audit (currently $399); LinkedIn Visibility (currently $799/month); Full Visibility (currently $1,250/month, with any applicable prepaid option disclosed at purchase); event-related services; and organization-sponsored workshops, cohorts and managed engagements. Standard organization offerings may include a $2,500 Leadership Visibility Workshop and $5,000 Leadership Visibility Cohort.
Descriptions, deliverables, revisions, cadence, participants and prices shown at purchase or agreed in writing control the scope. Prices can change for future orders, but we do not retroactively raise accepted fees. The Audit may include a LinkedIn headline and About-section rewrite, research findings, recommendations and an action plan as specified in the purchased package. A prior qualifying $49 Report purchase is credited toward the $399 Audit when the upgrade offer applies. An Audit is not required before purchasing managed services.
The free score and visibility assessments are informational professional analyses, not official LinkedIn, search-engine or AI-platform ratings, nor employment or background-screening assessments.
3. Payment, taxes and billing
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added. Fees are due as displayed at checkout, invoice or SOW. Stripe or another disclosed processor may handle payments. Payment disputes should be raised promptly with legal@useinview.com. Unpaid undisputed amounts may result in suspension of future delivery after appropriate notice. The Client is responsible for authorized payment details and any applicable taxes not collected by InView.
4. Managed-service term and cancellation
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, managed services require an initial three-month commitment. Fees for that period remain payable in accordance with the selected billing arrangement, subject to any applicable refund, breach or mandatory legal right. At the end of that period, services continue month-to-month at the agreed monthly price until canceled.
A Client may cancel future monthly renewals by emailing legal@useinview.com before the next scheduled billing date; cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current paid period. We will acknowledge the request and provide applicable subscription-cancellation mechanisms and notices required by law. A cancellation does not erase valid fees already accrued or create an automatic refund for work performed. Any signed SOW may specify a different, clearly disclosed cancellation rule.
If an order states a three-month prepayment, it covers the disclosed three-month period and any discount terms shown at purchase. We will not automatically charge another prepaid three-month block unless the Client expressly agrees to that renewal arrangement.
5. Conditional refunds
For one-time assessments or deliverables, a Client may request cancellation and a refund before substantive individualized work begins. Once substantive research, assessment, strategy or drafting begins, an appropriate refund depends on the work already performed, the order terms, and applicable law. Routine administrative confirmation alone is not substantive work. Fully delivered one-time services generally are not refundable except for material nonperformance or mandatory rights.
For managed work, fees for completed periods generally are not refundable, but InView will address material failure to perform and mandatory consumer remedies. Organizational workshop or cohort cancellation and rescheduling should be governed by the applicable SOW; if no SOW addresses them, reasonable work already performed and mandatory law govern any refund discussion.
Clients located in countries with mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal rights retain those rights. Starting digital or personalized services immediately does not extinguish statutory rights unless the legally required information, consent and acknowledgment steps have been completed. Refund requests: legal@useinview.com.
6. Our delivery commitment
For qualifying managed services, if InView fails to deliver work agreed for the first three months, we will continue for one additional month at no cost to address the outstanding agreed scope. The Client should identify the missing deliverables in writing and allow a reasonable opportunity to review and remedy them. The additional month does not increase the originally agreed deliverable scope or guarantee business results. Delays primarily attributable to missing client materials, unapproved content, newly requested scope, or third-party service interruptions may affect timing.
This commitment supplements, and does not replace, non-waivable legal remedies.
7. Client cooperation and approvals
The Client will provide accurate information, timely interviews and feedback, appropriate access, and authorization to use submitted material. Clients must disclose applicable employer, legal, regulatory and communications requirements. Content reflecting the Client's identity, accomplishments or opinions requires approval through the agreed process before publication unless explicit advance authorization covers the publication. The Client is responsible for verifying factual professional claims and regulated statements about themselves or their organization. InView may decline unlawful, misleading, defamatory or deceptive instructions.
Organizations sponsoring executives must have authority to collect and disclose relevant professional information, appoint approvers, and approve requested deliverables. Responsibility for delays caused by late approvals will be addressed reasonably in the project schedule.
8. Ownership of work
Clients retain their pre-existing materials and grant InView the limited right to use them to perform the services. Once fully paid, the Client owns the rights InView can lawfully assign in specifically commissioned, final custom deliverables; InView assigns those transferable rights upon payment. This does not convey ownership of third-party material, stock assets, licensed fonts, platform content or rights InView does not possess.
InView retains its existing and independently developed frameworks, templates, methodologies, scoring systems, software, reusable know-how and internal tools. Where these are embedded in a final deliverable, the Client receives a nonexclusive license to use them as necessary to enjoy that deliverable. AI-assisted content may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection in every jurisdiction. InView will respect any third-party licensing limitations.
9. Confidentiality and independent specialists
Each party will use the other's nonpublic confidential information only for the engagement, exercise reasonable care, and share it only with appropriately authorized persons. Standard exceptions apply to information lawfully public, previously known, independently developed, lawfully received from others, or required to be disclosed by law.
InView may engage qualified independent editors, writers, journalists, strategists and technical providers subject to appropriate confidentiality, privacy, rights-assignment and conflict-of-interest safeguards. InView remains responsible for coordinating agreed delivery. The presence of an independent journalist or media professional does not imply access to, influence over, or guarantees from their employer or any independent newsroom.
10. AI, platforms and account security
InView may use AI to support authorized research and drafting with human oversight and appropriate client approval for external processing of confidential material. AI outputs can be mistaken. We do not promise control over how AI assistants characterize, cite or recommend a person.
LinkedIn, Google, AI platforms and media outlets are independent third parties with their own rules and algorithms. The Client and InView must comply with applicable platform terms. Credentials should not be transmitted through unsecured messages; access should use approved, secure methods whenever possible. InView does not guarantee platform uptime, rankings or uninterrupted third-party access.
11. Ethical communications and no guaranteed outcomes
InView will not knowingly fabricate qualifications, testimonials, press coverage, awards, credentials or audience engagement, or make deceptive claims of independent editorial endorsement. Paid or otherwise materially connected endorsements require disclosures where applicable. InView does not guarantee impressions, rankings, AI citations, media placements, speaking invitations, promotions, board appointments, investment, revenue, partnerships or similar outcomes. We remain responsible for exercising reasonable professional care and delivering specifically agreed work.
12. Referral program
The Referral Terms displayed at https://useinview.com/referrals are incorporated into these Terms for participating referrers. The published one-time rewards currently are:
| Qualifying purchase | One-time reward |
|---|---|
| Individual LinkedIn Visibility | $250 |
| Individual Full Visibility | $350 |
| Organizational Leadership Visibility Workshop | $250 |
| Organizational Leadership Visibility Cohort | $500 |
| Managed leadership team (two or more executives under one organizational engagement) | $750 |
To qualify, a referral must concern a genuinely new prospect, be the first documented eligible introduction, have the prospect's consent, and comply with law, employer policies and procurement restrictions. For managed services, payment is earned after three completed and paid months. Workshop and cohort rewards are earned after full payment and completed delivery. An organization paying for only one executive's individual plan triggers the corresponding individual reward, not the team reward.
Only one cumulative reward per new client or organization is payable. If the same client qualifies for a higher category within 12 months of the first qualifying purchase, InView pays only the difference after the higher category's conditions are met. Renewals and added executives do not trigger new commissions. Self-referrals and purchases controlled or approved by a person seeking the reward are excluded. Referrers must not accept rewards prohibited by their employer, public-service duties, procurement rules or applicable law, nor present themselves as InView representatives without authorization.
InView may request reasonable payment and tax information and reject duplicate, fraudulent or ineligible submissions. Referral rewards are not recurring; referrers handle applicable taxes unless mandatory withholding applies. Published changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rewards already earned under accepted qualifying referrals. In the event of inconsistency on a referral-specific issue, the accepted version of the Referral Terms controls, subject to mandatory law. InView should record the applicable version when accepting a referral.
13. Testimonials, publicity and portfolio
InView will not publicly identify a Client, use confidential deliverables as a case study or represent a testimonial as authorized without appropriate permission. Testimonials must be genuine and material incentive relationships disclosed as required. A Client may separately grant permission for a named case study.
14. Website and intellectual property
Except for client or third-party property, InView owns or licenses its site design, copy, brands, scoring methods and software. Visitors may use the site for ordinary lawful purposes but may not attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, misuse another identity, infringe rights, compromise security, or scrape private information unlawfully.
15. Disclaimers and liability
InView will provide agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Subject to mandatory law, general website information is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted service or suitability for every purpose. To the extent legally permitted, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as speculative lost profits arising from a covered engagement.
To the extent legally permitted, InView's aggregate liability arising from a paid service is limited to the fees paid or payable for that service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit fraud, intentional misconduct, non-excludable legal responsibility, or remedies that applicable consumer law prohibits limiting. Any individually negotiated organizational agreement may set a different cap.
16. Termination and events outside control
Either party may end an engagement for material breach after reasonable written notice and opportunity to cure where appropriate. InView may suspend unlawful or deceptive work requests or unpaid services after appropriate notice. Obligations already accrued remain enforceable; paid final work will be delivered as required by the agreement and law. Neither party is liable for a failure caused by extraordinary events beyond reasonable control if reasonable mitigation is attempted; prolonged interruptions may justify renegotiation or lawful termination.
17. Florida law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Florida law, excluding conflict-of-law rules to the extent permitted, but this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. The parties will first attempt good-faith informal resolution by written notice to legal@useinview.com. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before a court having lawful jurisdiction; this document does not require arbitration or waive class-action rights. Any venue must be proper under applicable procedural and consumer law.
18. Changes, notices and miscellaneous terms
We may revise these Terms prospectively by posting the updated version at https://useinview.com/terms and providing additional notice when legally required. Material changes to active paid engagements are governed by the accepted agreement and applicable law. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues as far as possible. Failure to enforce a provision is not necessarily a waiver. Electronic signatures and notices may be used where lawful. These Terms and the applicable accepted order documents constitute the agreement for the covered services.
